I absolutely love the game so far, and am so excited to see where it goes from here! If you plan to add audio (which I would personally LOVE to see), I have a few suggestions that may help:
An audio generator I would recommend for looping internal audio is https://dissolve.crux.sexy/ . In terms of SFX for certain events, there are many places to find free-to-use vore SFX. Jesche has plenty!

Dude you are literally justifying snuff... I judge people if their fetish involves children, animals, or, needless to say, murder. It's not that complicated. Ask ANYONE outside the rather fucked up vore community and they'd almost all say "safe vore is weird but whatever, but fatal vore is fucked up." Either way, cry about it. <3
